Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping to all domestic addresses serviced by the U.S. Postal Service is priced based on the amount of your purchase.

Whenever possible we ship using U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.  In the event that Priority Mail is not available or is not appropriate for your address, we will ship using the method that makes the most sense for speedy delivery of your purchase.

International Shipping Rates

All international purchases are shipped for $20.00 and are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service.  Any and all import taxes or other international liens will be the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  In the event you are not, we will gladly refund 100% of your purchase price less the shipping costs.  If you need to return an item for a refund, please contact us in advance by emailing acousticsyndicate@gmail.com and requesting a return authorization.  You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.  Once the merchandise is received and validated, a full refund for the purchase price will be issued by check or money order.

Damage In Transit

In the event your purchase is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately as well as contacting the shipping provider.  We will determine the best remedy based on the amount of damage and your specific situation.

Insurance

Insurance is only provided on orders over $100.  If you would like to purchase insurance for your shipment, please contact us and we will arrange for your shipment to be insured.  You will be responsible for any additional insurance charges.
